When the filming of the romantic “Reality” program “Expedition Cupid” on a tropical island is ravaged by a hurricane, the hit participants and complaining crew members must work together to truly survive. An adventurous over-the-top comedy full of humor, sex, violence and yet secretly with a heart of gold.

Besides Leo Alkemade, Carré Albers, Ilse Warringa, Gover Meit, Niels Oosthoek and Janice Blok, roles are played by Achraf Koutet, Victor Löw, Jolijn Henneman, Moïse Trustfull, Lamara Strijdhaftig, Alkan Cöklü, Bertrie Wierenga, Robbert Bleij, Nick Golterman, Shane Redondo and Tom van Kessel.
Expedition Cupid is directed by Erwin van den Eshof (Misfit, Popoz), based on the screenplay by Johan Paul de Vrijer (Herres, Vakkenvullers). The film is a co-production of 2CFILM and Paradise Media. Film distributor WW Entertainment will release Expedition Cupid in the summer of 2024 in Dutch cinemas.

Production company 2CFILM is headed by producers Edvard van 't Wout and Diede in 't Veld and has been active in the Dutch film industry since 2013.
